Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the Oco portal or via email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the camera, original power cables, and mounting hardware in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
